International Student Emergency Fund
Purpose: Students facing a financial emergency due to natural disasters or economic hardships in their home countries may present evidence of need to International Affairs to request support.

Purpose: To provide funding for use at the discretion of International Affairs

International Education Scholarship
Purpose: Awarded to students who have demonstrated high academic achievement and active involvement in campus internationalization

Intensive English Language Institute Scholarship
Purpose: Provides limited financial assistance to needs-based IELI students

Hoemeke Study Abroad Scholarship Fund
Purpose: Provides financial assistance to students undertaking UNT approved study abroad programs. Named for long-time leader of international programs at UNT, Thomas H. Hoemeke.

North Star Turkish Scholarship
The North Star Turkish Scholarship is a competitive scholarship. It provides support to undergraduate and graduate students at UNT with a proven interest in and connection to the language, history, culture and/or studies of Turkey as illustrated through a personal statement of no more than 1,000 words.
The Pay it Forward Pakistani Scholarship of NT
The Pay It Forward Pakistani Scholarship of NT is a competitive scholarship. It provides support for undergraduate and graduate students at UNT with a proven interest in the language, history, culture and/or studies of Pakistan as illustrated in a personal statement of no more than 1,000 words.
The Pay it Forward Pakistani Scholarship recipients agree to write a personal acknowledgment letter to scholarship Donors including a plan to "Pay it Forward" and attend networking events with scholarship Donors when schedules allow. Pakistan Student Scholarship Fund
The Pakistan Student Scholarship provides support to students that are active members of the Pakistani Student Association and/or students who are conducting research related to the country of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Pakistani people, geography, politics, religion, agriculture, etc. Contact Nicole Conant, Assistant Director, International Programs and Communication, 940-369-7795.
