In celebration of Regents Professor Harlan Butt’s 40th year of teaching at UNT and his upcoming retirement, we are striving to raise at least $20,000 in order to permanently endow a student scholarship that was first established in his name in 2006. It is our sincere hope that this scholarship will be a lasting tribute to Harlan’s immense contributions to the fields of metalsmithing and enameling as well as his legacy as a tremendous teacher and mentor. We appreciate all contributions of any amount, and gifts of $100 or more recieved by December 1, 2016 will receive an activity book inspired by Harlan's work.
